The cooling capacity for air-cooled units ranges from 80kW to 700kW. The machine uses an advanced 5:6 ratio imported semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor. This compressor gives high energy efficiency and low noise. It also has an unloader energy control for multi-step or stepless adjustment. We use a microcomputer control system. This system is simple to use and has many safety protections. For example, it has high/low pressure protection, freeze protection, phase loss protection, and motor overheat protection. Our condenser uses copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins. The fan is a low-noise aluminum alloy axial flow fan. The evaporator is a shell-and-tube design. We do a 100% check before packing. If any part is damaged during shipping, we send a new part for free. This industrial screw chiller works in many industries.
