Energy Saving Features
Our rotary screw chiller has a cooling capacity from 160kW to 1400kW. It uses two semi-hermetic screw compressors. Each compressor has an unloader energy control. The machine can adjust energy from 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% to 0%. This means when your production line does not need full load, the machine automatically reduces power use. You save a lot on electricity bills. Our protection devices are complete. We include high/low pressure switches, freeze protection, overload protection, and reverse phase protectors. You do not need to worry about machine problems. Our factory has professional testing equipment. Every machine goes through pressure tests, cooling performance tests, and noise tests before leaving. Do we offer free samples? No, we do not offer free samples for now. But we send you photos and videos during production. You can see the progress. We also keep in touch with you to make sure the machine meets your needs.
Easy Installation And Strong Support
This rotary screw chiller is ideal for large cooling needs. For example, big injection molding workshops, chemical fiber production lines, and pharmaceutical factory cooling systems. Our machine design is simple. Installation and repair are easy. It comes in two types: one-piece and modular. The modular unit can combine 2 to 8 modules. If one module fails, the others keep working. This keeps your production line running. We provide 24-hour after-sales service. You can call our hotline anytime. For domestic customers, we respond within 2 hours in the same city, and our engineer arrives within 24 hours in other cities. We also keep a stock of common spare parts. So parts reach you quickly. For repeat orders, delivery time may be faster if the configuration is the same. But if you want custom colors or voltages, it takes the same time as the first order. We accept USD and EUR payments. Standard orders need 50% deposit, and the rest before shipment. For large orders, we offer discounts.
