We have one model of the product. It is ATX-18KW. The table below gives you the full specifications. Safety protection is a big focus in our design. This machine works up to 120°C. Water at high temperature creates pressure. So we install an over-temperature protection switch. When the temperature goes above the set value, the heating stops automatically. We also add a pressure safety valve. If the pipe pressure becomes too high, the valve releases pressure by itself. We also have a low-water protection. When the water tank level drops too low, the machine alarms and stops heating. All these protections keep your equipment and people safe. This product gives you peace of mind.

Our production line does 100% inspection on every water mold temperature machine. Before each machine leaves the factory, we connect water. We set a target temperature, for example 80°C. We measure how long it takes to rise from room temperature to 80°C. We record the heating curve. We also test whether the over-temperature protection trips at the correct temperature. Then we do a pressure test. We raise the water pressure to 1.5 times the working pressure. We hold that pressure for five minutes. We check for any leaks. Only after passing all tests does the machine get a quality label. We offer a free warranty. During the warranty, we repair any quality problem for free. We give remote video guidance. The control panel of the product has several adjustable parameters. These include heating ratio, cooling ratio, and temperature difference setting.
