We have two models of the product. They are ATX-3KW and ATX-6KW. The table below gives you the key data. Safety is very important in our factory. We install double over-temperature protection. When the mold temperature goes above the set value, the first protection cuts off heating power. If the first one fails, the second protection shuts off the main power directly. We also add phase loss protection, overload protection, and leakage protection. All electrical parts sit in a well-ventilated control box. The wires are high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant cables. Your mold heater controller runs safely for many years.

Our quality control includes heater element testing and water circuit pressure testing. We measure the insulation resistance of every heating tube. This ensures no electricity leakage. After assembling each machine, we fill the water circuit and pressurize it to 8 kg. We hold that pressure for 30 minutes. We check all joints for water leaks. Then we power on the machine and set the water temperature to 100°C. We watch if the actual temperature stays stable near the set value. We offer a free warranty. During the warranty, we repair any problem for free. We give remote guidance. The common issues with a mold heater controller are a broken heating tube or a stuck water pump.
