One Model with Large Water Flow

 

We have one model of the product. It is ATX-12KW. The table below shows you the key numbers. In our design, we pay special attention to pump head and flow matching. The pump we choose moves 110 liters per minute. The head is high enough to push water to every corner of the mold. We also add an electronic flow switch. When water flow is too low, the switch gives an alarm and stops the heater. This prevents dry-heating damage. Our heating cylinder uses stainless steel with a polished inner wall. It does not build up scale easily. Your water mold temperature controller performs reliably every day.

Our quality control includes water circuit pressure testing and flow testing. We put 8 kg of water pressure into the circuit. We hold it for 30 minutes. We check every joint for leaks. Then we use a flow meter to measure the actual pump flow. We make sure it meets the design value. Before each machine leaves the factory, we power it on and set the water temperature to 100°C. We record the time it takes to go from room temperature to 100°C. This confirms the heating power is enough. We offer a free warranty. During the warranty, we repair for free. We give remote guidance. The most common issues with a water mold temperature controller are scale blockages or a leaking pump seal. We teach you how to descale regularly and replace the seal.
