It is called "closed type" because the cooling water circulates inside pipes. The water does not touch the air directly. This way the water quality stays clean. This product suits precision equipment cooling, air conditioning systems, or any place that needs clean water. The tower has a fan, spray pump, coils, and fill. Hot water flows inside the coils. Spray water falls on the coils. The fan pulls air through. Evaporation removes heat and cools the water inside the coils. Our product works efficiently for many years.

We do not list fixed model numbers for the closed type cooling tower. Every customer needs a different water flow, inlet and outlet temperature, and local wet-bulb temperature. So we offer custom service. You just tell us your needs. How many tons of water per hour must be cooled? What is the hot water inlet temperature? What outlet temperature do you want? How much space do you have for installation? Our engineer calculates the tower size, fan power, and spray water volume. We have many years of experience making the product. We use a galvanized aluminum-zinc coated steel shell. It resists corrosion well. For the coils, we choose copper tubes or stainless steel tubes based on your water quality. We also add an auto-fill valve and a float switch. When the water level drops, it adds water automatically. We also have an anti-freeze heater for cold winter areas. This product runs with low noise. The fan motor is energy-efficient.

Our quality control includes a spray test before shipment. We connect water to the closed type cooling tower. We run the fan and spray pump. We check whether the spray nozzles are even.
