Heavy Duty Industrial Cooler

Our company makes this heavy duty industrial cooler for factories with very harsh conditions. For example, foundries, forges, and glass factories. These places have high temperatures and a lot of dust. Normal air conditioners cannot work there. Our company has its own R&D team. Our engineers have more than ten years of experience. We work with Sanyo (Japan) and Schneider (France) for a long time. So our machines are very tough. Let me give you a real example. Last year, a glass factory in Shandong contacted us. They had a tempering furnace. The temperature next to the furnace was over 50°C. They wanted a cooling device near the furnace. But when they put a normal air conditioner there, the filter would clog up in one day. So we installed a product for them. We used model ATX-10AF. Its cooling capacity is 30 kW. Input power is 10.3 kW. Max running current is 19.2 A. It uses a fully enclosed scroll compressor. Compressor power is 3.75 kW times 2. Cooling air flow is 10,000 m³/h. This machine has no filter. It pulls in fresh outside air, cools it through a water curtain, and then blows it out. So it is not afraid of dust. After installation, the temperature next to the furnace dropped from 52°C to 40°C. Workers could operate there again. The customer said this machine saved one of their production lines.
