For Very Large Workshops

Installation Tips
Installing this product requires some care. Let me share our experience. First, installation height is important. We recommend mounting the machine about 1.7 meters above the floor. If the workshop has a high ceiling, you can adjust it higher. But make sure there is at least 3 cm of space above the machine for good air flow. Second, pay attention to the placement distance. We do not recommend pointing the machine directly at people. Also do not point it at doorways. Because air blowing at a doorway creates a draft and cold air escapes. We recommend placing the machine to the side of workstations. This is comfortable and safe. Third, choose the right location. We had a customer who installed the machine above beds. Workers could not sleep well because of noise. Later we moved the machine to the side. That solved the problem. Fourth, get professional help for installation. Our company provides installation guidance. Our engineer comes to your site to help with testing. We make sure the machine runs properly. Our models range from ATX-1/2WF to ATX-20WF. Smallest cooling capacity 1.5 kW, largest 60 kW. For example, ATX-08WF has 24 kW cooling, input power 10.1 kW, weight 270 kg. ATX-20WF has 60 kW cooling, input power 20.2 kW, weight 540 kg.

Many customers ask us questions. First, how long is the warranty? We offer free warranty. During the warranty, we repair and replace original parts for free. Second, do you support customization? Yes, we support OEM and ODM. You bring your drawings, and we make them. Customization takes one to two months. Third, what is the minimum order? One unit. Fourth, do you do a full check before shipping? Yes, we test every machine 100% before it leaves the factory. Fifth, what if parts break during shipping? We first check what is broken. If a part is crushed, we send a new part. We do not want customers to spend extra money. Our factory produces 1,200 machines per month. Standard machines ship in 15 days.
