High Quality Parts and Safety Features
Our explosion proof chiller uses a high-quality imported twin-screw compressor. This compressor has few moving parts, so it breaks down less often. It has very low vibration. You do not need a special foundation for it. The machine uses world-class control parts from Schneider and Danfoss. We offer different energy control methods. You can choose four-step control (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) or stepless control. So the machine runs efficiently at full load or partial load. This saves you electricity. Our protection system is very complete. It includes compressor motor overheat protection, overcurrent protection, phase sequence error protection, low oil level protection, and high/low pressure protection. How do we control quality? We test every machine fully before it leaves the factory. We do a 100% check before packing. We also accept third-party inspections. If any part is damaged during shipping, we check what is broken. If a part is crushed, we send a new one.
How It Works and Applications
This product has cooling power from 10HP to 200HP. We can customize it to your needs. Here is how it works. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the water in the evaporator and turns into gas. The compressor pulls in this gas and compresses it into high-temperature, high-pressure gas. This gas releases heat in the condenser and turns back into liquid. Then it passes through an expansion valve and goes back to the evaporator. That completes one cycle. Our explosion proof chiller also comes with a water pump and a water tank. The pump sends chilled water to your equipment. The water takes away heat and then returns to the tank to cool down again. What is our standard payment process? For standard products, 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. For custom products, deposit is 50% to 70%, depending on your requirements. We accept USD and EUR. Our export packaging is professional.
