Maintaining this portable industrial chillerss requires some attention. First, check the voltage and current often. Normal working voltage is 220V. Current should be between 4.1 and 15.8 A. Second, check if the refrigerant is low. Look at the pressure gauge on the front of the machine. During normal operation, high pressure should be 11 to 17 kg, and low pressure should be 3 to 5 kg. When the machine is off, both high and low pressure should be around 0.6 kg. Third, clean the system regularly. After six months of operation, clean the pipes, filters, condenser, and fan. The fan is like a household fan. If dust builds up, heat dissipation gets worse. Cooling performance will drop.
