Before, they used ice blocks to cool. But the ice temperature was not stable. Sometimes too cold, sometimes not cold enough. The jelly did not set well. Then we installed an ATX-08WD product for them. Its cooling capacity is 24.85 kW, which is 21,375 Kcal/h. Total input power is 6.8 kW. Max running current is 16.5 A. Power supply is 380V three-phase. R22 refrigerant charge is 2.2 kg times 2. It uses a fully enclosed scroll compressor with power 3 kW times 2. Cooling water flow is 5.34 m³/h. The chilled water tank is 0.11 m³. The water pipe size is G1-1/2 inches. Dimensions are 1,300 mm long, 610 mm wide, and 1,420 mm high. Weight is 210 kg. After using it, the jelly liquid temperature stayed stable at 8 degrees. The jelly set evenly. The defect rate dropped from 12% to 3%. The customer said this machine paid for itself in half a year.
Model Range and Features
This water chiller for industrial use comes in several parameter sets. The ATX-03W has a cooling capacity of 9.59 kW and input power of 2.8 kW, weight 120 kg. The ATX-05W has 15.91 kW cooling, input power 4.5 kW, weight 150 kg. The ATX-10WD has 31.83 kW cooling, input power 8.4 kW, weight 290 kg. The ATX-12WD has 38.37 kW cooling, input power 10.1 kW, weight 310 kg. The ATX-15WD has 50.14 kW cooling, input power 13.1 kW, weight 400 kg. It uses a capillary tube or external balance thermal expansion valve to control the refrigerant. Compressor power ranges from 2.25 kW to 5.5 kW times 2. Chilled water pipe sizes range from G3/4 inches to G2 inches. Water pump pressure is 205 to 290 kPa. The feature of this machine is its simple structure. There are no complicated parts. So the failure rate is very low.
