Industrial Air Cooled Water Chiller

Our factory is at No. 550, Shengguang Road, Bacheng Town, Kunshan. We have a standard production workshop. Our factory has 35 workers. The core team has more than ten years of experience. We work with Danfoss (Denmark) for a long time. Our valves and controllers are all from Danfoss. This industrial air cooled water chiller can work as either air-cooled or water-cooled. Customers can choose based on their situation. If the factory has a cooling tower, use water-cooled. If not, use air-cooled. One machine, two ways to use it. Last year, a pharmaceutical factory in Zhejiang contacted us. They had a fermentation tank. The fermentation temperature had to stay at 20 degrees. No higher, no lower. They had a cooling tower at their factory, but the tower water temperature was not stable. In the afternoon, when the sun was strong, the water temperature rose. So we installed an ATX-40WF product for them. Its cooling capacity is 129.06 kW, which is 110,984 Kcal/h. Total input power is 33.1 kW. Max running current is 75.4 A. Power supply is 380V three-phase. R22 refrigerant charge is 5 kg times 4. It uses a fully enclosed scroll compressor with power 7.5 kW times 4. Cooling water flow is 27.74 m³/h. The chilled water tank is 0.61 m³. The water pipe size is G2-1/2 inches. After installation, the fermentation tank temperature stayed stable at 20 degrees. The customer said this machine, which can connect to a cooling tower or run air-cooled, gave them peace of mind with a double safety net.
