Air Cooled Process Chiller

Our factory is in Bacheng Town, Kunshan. We have our own R&D team. Our core engineers have worked for over ten years. We buy from brands like Sanyo (Japan), Schneider (France), and Danfoss (Denmark) for a long time. So our compressors, controllers, and valves are all good brands. This air cooled process chiller is what we call an air-cooled box chiller. It does not need a cooling tower or water pipes. Just plug it in and turn it on. Last year, an electroplating factory in Guangdong contacted us. They had five electroplating lines. The plating solution temperature had to stay below 25°C. Otherwise, the coating would bubble. They used tap water for cooling before. In summer, the tap water temperature was already 30°C. It could not cool enough. So we installed three units of ATX-20WD product for them. Each unit has a cooling capacity of 67.14 kW, which is 57,748 Kcal/h. Total input power is 17.3 kW. Max running current is 42.1 A. Power supply is 380V three-phase. Each unit has an R22 refrigerant charge of 5 kg times 2. It uses a fully enclosed scroll compressor with power 7.5 kW times 2. Cooling water flow is 14.44 m³/h. The chilled water tank is 0.33 m³. The water pipe size is G2 inches. After installation, the plating solution temperature stayed stable at 24°C. The product yield increased from 85% to 95%. The customer said the machine paid for itself in one year.
