Air Cooled Oil Chiller

Our company started in Shenzhen in 2004 making industrial refrigeration equipment. We moved to Kunshan in 2014. We have a 3,000 square meter factory in Kunshan. We have our own R&D team. We work with Schneider (France). Our controllers are from Schneider. This air cooled oil chiller does not cool water. It is specially designed to cool hydraulic oil or lubricating oil. Many injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and presses need to cool their hydraulic oil. If the oil temperature gets too high, the hydraulic system fails. Last year, a die-casting factory in Guangdong contacted us. They had an 800-ton die-casting machine. The hydraulic oil temperature often reached 65 degrees. The oil seals kept leaking. The hydraulic valves often got stuck. They tried using cooling tower water to cool the oil. But the water corroded the oil pipes. So we installed an product for them. We used model ATX-05AF. Its cooling capacity is 15 kW, which is 12,900 Kcal/h. Input power is 6.25 kW. Max running current is 12.2 A. Power supply is 380V three-phase. It uses a fully enclosed scroll compressor with power 3.75 kW. Cooling air flow is 5,000 m³/h. It uses a high-efficiency heat exchanger or plate heat exchanger. Oil pump power is 1.5 kW. Oil pump pressure is 3 kPa. Dimensions are 1,033 mm long, 613 mm wide, and 1,420 mm high. Weight is 170 kg. After installation, the hydraulic oil temperature dropped to 45 degrees. The oil seals stopped leaking. The hydraulic valves stopped sticking. The customer said this machine saved him a lot of maintenance costs.
