Three Systems Working Together
Our explosion resistant cooling chiller has three systems: the refrigerant cycle system, the water cycle system, and the electrical control system. In the refrigerant cycle, liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and turns into gas. The compressor pulls in this gas and compresses it into high-temperature, high-pressure gas. This gas releases heat in the condenser and turns back into liquid. Then it goes through the expansion valve and becomes low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant. It enters the evaporator again. This cycle repeats. The water cycle works like this. The water pump pulls water from the tank and sends it to your equipment. The water takes away heat and returns to the tank at a higher temperature. The electrical control system has a power part and an automatic control part. The power part uses contactors to supply power to the compressor, fan, and water pump. The automatic control part includes a thermostat, pressure protection, timer, relay, and overload protection. These parts work together. The machine can start and stop automatically based on water temperature. Can we provide samples? We cannot provide samples. We confirm everything with you and then go directly to production. Because every machine is made to order.
Models and Trade Terms
This explosion resistant cooling chiller uses fully enclosed scroll or piston compressors. Please see the table below for details. We use R22 refrigerant. The control method is a capillary tube. We offer models from ATX-10AFFB to ATX-60AFFB. Cooling capacity from 28.01kW to 181.68kW. You can choose the right model for your needs. The dimensions and weights are different for each model. After you choose the model, we give you the exact installation dimensions. What trade terms do we support? We support EXW and FOB. For EXW, we pack the product and you pick it up at our factory. For FOB, we take care of transport to the port and customs clearance. Do we offer discounts for large orders? Yes, we do. The discount depends on your order quantity. We accept USD and EUR. So you do not need to worry about currency settlement.
