Low Temp Chiller

Our low temp chiller uses semi-hermetic screw or fully enclosed scroll compressors, depending on the model. We use R22 refrigerant. The control method is capillary tube or external balance thermal expansion valve. Our machine provides many protection functions. These include high/low pressure protection, freeze protection, fusible plug, overload protection, coil overheat protection, temperature auto switch, and reverse phase protector. These protections let the machine run safely even at low temperatures. Our energy control range is 100-75-50-25-0. You can adjust based on your actual needs. This helps you save electricity. How long is the production time for standard products? Standard products take about 15 days. Custom products take one to two months. Because low-temperature systems need special design. Can we produce according to your technical drawings? Yes, we can. But it takes more time than making our own standard designs.

This low temp chiller has several models. From ATX-03D to ATX-40D. Cooling capacity from 2.92kW to 34.2kW. Our chilled water tank sizes are different. The smallest is 0.07 cubic meters, the largest is 0.61 cubic meters. Chilled water pipe sizes range from G1 inch to G2-1/2 inches. You can choose based on your needs. Our water pump power ranges from 0.375kW to 4kW. Pump pressure from 242Kpa to 250Kpa. Dimensions and weights are different for each model. After you choose the model, we give you the exact installation dimensions. What about after-sales service? We offer free warranty. During the warranty, we repair and replace original parts for free. We also have a 24-hour after-sales hotline. For domestic customers, we respond within 2 hours in the same city, and our engineer arrives within 24 hours in other cities.
