For Factories with Water Circulation

Our company makes this water-cooled industrial big cooler for factories that already have a cooling water circulation system. We started making industrial cooling equipment in Shenzhen in 2004. Compressor power is 3.75 kW times 2. Cooling air flow is 10,000 m³/h. The customer connected it to their existing cooling tower. After using it, the drilling machine temperature stayed stable at 22°C. Product yield increased from 92% to 98%. The customer said the machine paid for itself in half a year.

Features of Water-Cooled Type

This water-cooled product has several features. First, it needs a cooling tower and a water pump. So it is suitable for factories that already have a water circulation system. Second, its energy efficiency is very high. For the same cooling capacity, it uses much less electricity than an air-cooled unit. Third, it is not affected by outdoor temperature. Air-cooled units lose cooling effect on hot summer days. Water-cooled units do not. Fourth, it is quieter than air-cooled units because it does not need large fans. Our models range from ATX-1/2WF to ATX-20WF. For example, ATX-03WF has 9 kW cooling, input power 3.97 kW, weight 130 kg. ATX-05WF has 15 kW cooling, input power 6.25 kW, weight 170 kg. ATX-12WF has 34 kW cooling, input power 12.2 kW, weight 360 kg. ATX-15WF has 46 kW cooling, input power 15.14 kW, weight 390 kg. ATX-20WF has 60 kW cooling, input power 20.2 kW, weight 540 kg. You can choose based on your workshop size and the number of machines.

Warranty and Customization

Many customers ask us several questions. First, how long is the warranty? We offer free warranty. During the warranty, we repair and replace parts for free. Second, can you customize? Yes, we support OEM and ODM. You bring your drawings, and we make them. Customization takes one to two months. Third, what is the minimum order? One unit. Fourth, do you do a full check before shipping? Yes, we test every machine 100% before it leaves the factory. Our factory has complete testing equipment. From parts to the finished unit, every step is strictly checked. Fifth, what if parts break during shipping? We check what is broken. If a part is crushed, we send a new part.
