Our screw water chiller has a typical cooling capacity from 700kW to 1000kW. The energy control range is from 15% to 100%. The machine has an adjustable internal pressure ratio for stepless adjustment. If you use a multi-compressor unit, we can also add or shut off compressors to control energy. This way, whether your production line runs at full load or half load, the machine stays efficient. Do we do a 100% check before packing? Yes, we check every machine. We also have a dedicated after-sales team. You do not need to worry about breakdowns without help. If goods are damaged in transit, first check what is broken. If a part is crushed, we send a new part to you. We do not want small problems to stop your production. Our machine also has a temperature-sensitive fusible plug. This device melts automatically if the temperature gets too high, protecting the equipment.

This screw water chiller can be used for both air conditioning systems and industrial cooling. For industry, it is good for chemicals, electronics, food, and pharmaceuticals. We once provided a central cooling system for a chemical fiber factory. Their production line had eight machines, and we used one modular unit to handle everything. The customer used it for three years without a major repair. We offer lifetime maintenance. During the warranty period, we repair for free. After the warranty, we still provide inspection and technical guidance. What about payment? For standard products, 50% deposit, then pay the rest before shipment. For custom products, deposit is 50% to 70%. We accept USD and EUR. For export packaging, we use a professional packing box factory. Wooden boxes and foam meet international shipping standards.
