Our company started in Shenzhen in 2004 and moved to Kunshan in 2014. Now we have a mature operation. Our water cooled screw compressor is the core part of many chiller systems. How big is our factory? We have 3,000 square meters. We have 20 workers plus some support staff, about 35 people in total. We follow a simple and practical design principle. So our compressor is easy to operate and easy to maintain. You do not need to hire an expensive engineer for maintenance. Can we provide samples before mass production? We cannot provide samples. But we communicate with you fully to confirm everything, then go directly into production. Compressors are precision equipment. Sample costs are very high. We prefer to save that money and use it for better parts. We use imported semi-hermetic screw compressors with a 5:6 tooth ratio. This is one of the most advanced designs today.

Complete Protection And Safety

Our water cooled screw compressor comes in models from ATX-100WS to ATX-855WS. Cooling capacity from 100kW to 855kW. Input power from 22kW to 180kW. Max running current from 38A to 307A. The energy control range is all 100-75-50-25-0 five-step. Power supply is 3N-50HZ-380V. R22 refrigerant charge from 17kg to 143kg. The evaporator is shell-and-tube. Chilled water flow from 17.2m³/h to 147.1m³/h. The condenser is also shell-and-tube. Cooling water flow from 22.4m³/h to 191.2m³/h. Protection devices include high/low pressure switches, freeze protection, fusible plug, overload protection, coil overheat protection, temperature auto switch, and reverse phase protector. These devices make your equipment very safe to run. Do we meet environmental regulations? Yes, we do. Our factory emissions and noise all meet local requirements.

This water cooled screw compressor can be sold as a separate unit or as part of our complete chiller system. Many equipment manufacturers buy our compressor to build their own systems. We provide full pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales service. Pre-sales: we help you choose the right model. In-sales: we provide installation guidance and operation training. After-sales: we offer free warranty and lifetime maintenance. For repeat orders, delivery time can be shorter if the configuration is the same. But if you want custom colors or voltages, it takes about the same time as the first order. Because custom motors take time to make. We accept USD and EUR.
