1. Before installing the chiller, select a location with a stable foundation that is open on all sides and easily accessible for installation and maintenance. The site should be free from corrosive substances, contaminants, direct sunlight, and exposure to rain.

2. Select a cooling tower with a capacity that matches the chiller's cooling output. When piping the chiller system, ensure that the pipe dimensions correspond to the connection port sizes on the unit itself; *do not* reduce the diameter of the cooling water pipes. Doing so will lead to high-pressure overload, compromise cooling efficiency, and increase power consumption.

3. Air-cooled chillers must be installed with a clearance of at least 1 meter from any walls or obstructions. This ensures adequate heat dissipation; failure to maintain this clearance can result in poor heat exchange, leading to high-pressure overload, reduced cooling performance, and increased power consumption.

Note: (1) All electrical power connections, load wiring, and grounding work must be executed in strict compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
(2) The chilled water piping for newly installed chiller units must be properly insulated.
